Role Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are seeking an experienced Manager<\/strong> to oversee operations across our bakery manufacturing and restaurant foodservice divisions<\/strong>. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with food standards, drive operational efficiency, and lead teams to deliver high-quality products and services. This role requires a strong background in bakery management and foodservice, combined with leadership and business management expertise.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Manage day-to-day operations in both bakery production<\/strong> and restaurant services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure full compliance with UK food safety and hygiene standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee quality control, production schedules, and workforce management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and cost controls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare reports and liaise with senior management on performance outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Strong leadership and management skills with experience in foodservice and bakery operations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Knowledge of food safety standards, audits, and compliance regulations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operational KPIs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Qualifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Degree or equivalent in Management<\/strong> (essential).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Food Standards Certification<\/strong> (essential).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        NVQ Level 3 or above in Bakery<\/strong> (essential).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n
